upcbarcodes.com is a 680 Digital, Inc./Nationwide Barcode site. 680 Digital/Nationwide Barcode’s mailing address is P.O.Box 2750, Issaquah, WA 98027 and is a Washington Corporation and is partnering with Media Media Inc., a Nevada Corporation, located at 5348 Vegas Drive, #1597, Las Vegas, NV 89108. for the marketing and management of the site. The headings in this agreement are for reference only. This agreement shall be interpreted under Washington law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the state of Washington, King County.
GUARANTEE
UPCBarcodes.com has a 15-day 100% refund guarantee should you find that the UPCs/EANs are not working for any reason.
After 15 days (and no longer than 90 days after purchase), at our option, we will replace the barcodes should you find that they have been pirated. There are no cash refunds after 15 days.
There is no guarantee or warranty after the 90-day period.

Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. upcbarcodes.com, Media Media Inc and Nationwide Barcode/680 Digital and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if upcbarcodes.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of upcbarcodes.com and its subsidiaries.
There are two categories of site users: Site Visitor and Site Member.
Site Visitors (User)
By using this site to research products/barcodes, you understand that all the material within the site may contain trademarked and/or copyrighted information. You may not copy text or images except for your personal non-published use. Trademarks and Copyrights are held by the site members adding product information. upcbarcodes.com makes no warranty to the accuracy or availability of any product on the site. You agree to hold upcbarcodes.com harmless for any inaccuracies of listings and are using this site and/or buying products from any member at your own risk.
Site Member (Subscriber)
Site Members (member) either pay or get free membership from upcbarcodes.com and legitimate barcode selling sites including Nationwide Barcode and QuickUPC. and get access to the site. The purpose of the site is to increase visibility for site subscribers. Subscribers may upload their product information and are 100% responsible for adding/listing accurate information to the site. If you are purchasing a UPC barcode or barcodes you will register with the site in order to be able to download and retrieve your barcodes, certificate(s) of authenticity and UPC barcodes purchased
We will make every effort to maintain our prefix numbers in perpetuity. We maintain a complete list of barcode numbers assigned along with our customer’s information. We agree to notify all customers by e-mail of any possible updates to the barcode prefix from the GS1. We do send our periodic emails with an opt-out option. It is your responsibility to remain on our mailing list.
upcbarcodes.com is selling complete rights to the 12-digit UPC or 13 digit EAN numbers purchased by the customer. (We are not granting access to prefix/GLN/UCC (GS1) Membership). We continue to own the prefix and are selling a subset of the numbers to you.
Barcodes are automatically generated and delivered to you. After you purchase barcodes, you will be directed to a page where you can download all material. You will also receive an email with a download link.
It is your responsibility to:
Notify us right away if you haven’t received your e-mail and
Retain your certificate of authenticity barcode numbers and graphics.
When you purchase barcodes from upcbarcodes.com, you are able to access all materials indefinitely, however, it is your responsibility to download and store all of your materials on your computer. We cannot be responsible for any loss of data due to systemic, network, computer or internet outages or losses.
The UPC/EAN assignment provided is unique and is to be used for the identification of one product per UPC/EAN barcode. The UPC/EAN subscriptions used are owned by our sister company RSS Inc. in Issaquah, WA and under a joint venture with 680 Digital, Inc. dba upcbarcodes.com. Prefixes are under our company names, Bader Publishing, Multicom along with MicroDaft, Xrsiz, MGWhiz, Quanta, NuMellenia, Blue Chip Software and others as released. The names shown are only a small portion of prefixes that we own and is not intended to be a complete list. All of our prefixes have been assigned to us in the U.S./Canada. Our EAN barcode numbers will start with a zero (North America Country Code)
Barcodes are distributed and managed to prevent duplication of usage. The purchaser understands and agrees that upcbarcodes.com UPC/EANs will not be accepted by Kroger and Walmart/Sam’s Club and may not be accepted by Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walgreen’s, Macy’s/Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, J.C. Penney’s and other super big-box retailers. Certain ESI and logistical companies that do business with Walmart and Kroger may also have the same requirements as Walmart and Kroger. You should discuss acceptance of barcodes from a reseller vs. GS1 before making your purchase.
As we have a strict no-refund policy, the purchaser holds the responsibility to determine the rules and requirements imposed by all retailers prior to purchasing.
The purchaser may not resell, lease, or assign UPC/EANs purchased from upcbarcodes.com without express written permission.
The purchaser also agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RSS Inc, Media Media Inc, upcbarcodes.com and 680 Digital from any and all legal claims arising from the use of upcbarcodes.coms UPC/EAN barcode numbers, including product liability claims and retailer punitive fines. Except as covered by our guarantee of legitimacy, accuracy and uniqueness, once a UPC/EAN barcode is assigned and e-mailed, no refunds will be made.
In any case, upcbarcodes.com shall only be obligated (and member’s exclusive remedy shall be) to provide member with a refund of all fees.
It is the responsibility of the member to check their listing(s) and to make any required corrections to their listing. Broken Links, Misspellings and any other inaccurate information will result in the listing being deleted.
The site is for listing items in the United States and Canada only that have UPC-A/GTIN-12 barcodes. We will not accept any item that promotes hate, sexism or racism of any kind. We will not accept any adult items or pornographic listings.
By listing your products on upcbarcodes.com, you get a hosted listing page for each item uploaded. This item is searchable on the site by product name, UPC-A/GTIN-12 or other words listed.
Your listings must be complete, accurate, and spelled correctly. Each listing must be accurate and complete. We have the right to delete any listing that does not represent a product accurately or is poorly written.
Listings will appear within our sitemap that is indexed by major search engines. As the site is indexed, listings will appear on different search engines. We cannot guarantee the speed at which search engines crawl and index the site.
No part of this website may be copied or distributed without the express written permission of Media Media Inc. Other than what is in these terms and conditions, there are no warranties, express or implied.
By purchasing and using this site, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and agree to its terms.
Refunds – We do not offer refunds. All recurring billing is through paypal and you can cancel at any time. You are responsible for canceling prior to the next billing cycle.
In any case, upcbarcodes.com shall only be obligated (and the member’s exclusive remedy shall be) to provide the member with a prorated refund of all registration fees. There will be no refunds or recourse for free memberships provided by partner sites.
