The "ShoweRite Shower Manager" is a two-phase device that permits a full-flow of water for a select-able time: 5, 8 or 11 minutes. After set time the water flow is cut by 2/3, leaving enough flow to finish rinsing. 60sec before the shower time expires, a warning tone sounds alerting bather times up.
